Maddox Mine
Maddox mine is a surface mine located near the city of Centertown in Ohio County, Kentucky that 
extracts coal from the #13A, 13 and 11 coal seams utilizing the truck-and-shovel mining method. 
Maddox commenced operations in late 2011.
